Two systems, one crew, and a report on what was found
Well and septic work both invite vagueness. The pump is at the bottom of a few hundred feet of pipe, the tank is buried, and it is easy to describe a problem in language nobody can check. Call Flamingo runs the other way: test the switch before the pump, measure what is in the tank, watch what the outlet does, say plainly which half of which system the problem sits in, and quote from that.
The name on the truck and on the web address is Call Flamingo. The company traded as Flamingo Septic and Utilities before the well side grew into an equal half of the business, and the septic side is still the work most people know the truck for. Today that half covers drilling, replacement, pumps, pressure tanks, filtration, abandonment and testing, on the same rural lots where the septic work happens. The two trades share a truck because they share a lot, and the 75-foot setback between them is planned once rather than argued over by two contractors.

One truck, both halves of the property
The pink pump truck is the one most people recognise, and it is a real working vacuum tanker: a steel barrel, a diamond-plate toolbox and the tropical wrap that most of Jacksonville seems to know by sight.
It carries the septic side of the business. The well rig, the pumps, the pressure tanks and the treatment equipment travel separately, which is why a property with both systems can be surveyed on one visit and quoted on one site plan.

Roughly 25 miles around Jacksonville, St. Augustine and Middleburg. That radius covers a genuinely varied set of properties: beachside tanks in sand with irrigation wells beside them, century-old ground in St. Augustine, rural lots in Clay, Nassau and Baker running a deep well and a septic system side by side, and older housing across Duval and Putnam on shallow wells that move with the season.

Flamingo came out quickly and properly fixed an incompentant install by another company. Chris and Matt were highly knowledged and my system is working properly for the first time in over a year. Highly recommend this business
