What customers around Jacksonville said afterwards

I called Flamingo with an emergency toilet situation while traveling in my RV. I had no experience with them prior and nowhere else to turn for help. They did an excellent job of accommodating my situation and quickly resolving the matter for me. The team was quick, professional and efficient. Would use them again if I were in the St. Augustine area. Highly recommended.

Chris was honest and truly a pleasure. I had a tree fall on my drain field and my house was backing up with water. He was determined to get me up and running and dug up tank only to find that the drain line to tank was bent and keeping water from entering tank. The smile on my face after he opened that pipe I can't even explain. He truly cares for his customers and is great at doing his job.

I recently purchased an older home and needed to identify the drainage field to provide the Board of Health with a detailed report in order to begin remodeling the home. Flamingo was very responsive, timely and knowledgeable about everything I needed. They showed up on time, explained the process to me and provided the report promptly and this was all during the week prior to the Christmas. I could not be happier with the process.

Flamingo came out quickly and properly fixed an incompentant install by another company. Chris and Matt were highly knowledged and my system is working properly for the first time in over a year. Highly recommend this business

Excellent service and professionalism. Patrick did an outstanding job with his customer service and communication with me. I will use flamingo in the future and will recommend them to anyone else I know that needs the type services they provide!!

Great company. Very responsive although inspectors were a little late for the appointment. They completed their job perfectly and were nice people. They saved me from purchasing a home with a damaged septic tank.

Flamingo septic is amazing! My septic tank was full and started backing up into my home. I immediately called Flamingo Septic and Heather and her team had a truck out to pump my tank same day! Thank you so much!

Septic clean-out: Dex, Jamal, and Germaine showed up on time and did an excellent job. They pointed out a “feature” of my older tanks that is sometimes an issue, and sure enough it was actually the problem on one tank, and was going to be a problem on the other. Couldn't be happier!

Flamingo Septic was absolutely wonderful to work with. They went the extra mile to locate and pump out both of our septic tanks. They were very polite and on time. I highly recommend them.

Owner and Office Staff were very helpful when scheduling my appointment. Jason's the Site Specialist was very fair with pricing compared to others and they preformed a great service.

Sadly, the lot that I planned to purchase did not go through. BUT, Flamingo Well & Septic answered my call the fist time, and got out to the property within a few days and provided me with a quote for their service. I work with companies a lot, being in Real Estate, and the type of response they provided is rare.

They cleaned my septic tanks. They are the best I've ever had. They were very polite and very helpful in explaining things about my tank.

We need a Water pump replacement. They were able have someone available the next morning. Was really helpful!

Septic tank pumped out, on time fast very professional done and gone lid seal and all two thumbs up. Got them on speed dial.

The guys who came out were polite and efficient. They game a time to be at my house and were there on time. My repair was done well.

Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Definitely would use again and recommend.
