What to check before the truck is even called
A house on a well with no water is a genuine emergency, because there is no alternative supply to fall back on. Two things are worth checking first, and both take a minute: the well breaker in the panel, and whether the pressure switch by the tank is doing anything at all. A tripped breaker that resets and holds is a fault worth mentioning; one that trips again is a pump drawing too much current, and it should be left off.
After that, call. The phone is answered monday to sunday, 7:00 am to 9:00 pm, weekends included, and the person answering can read the schedule. Describe what the pump is doing, silent, running constantly, clicking or humming, because those four answers point at four different failures and decide what goes on the truck.
Same-day depends on where the truck is and what the day already holds, so the honest version is this: call early and you will be told plainly whether it is today or tomorrow.
